You talked and we listened: SelfCare4MySis is a movement and we are here to fill the void of self care that black women have always seem to put on the back burner for so long. Below are a few pain points that our consumers have with black owned businesses and our value.

Pain Point	How does SelfCare4MySis fill this void
- We want to support black owned businesses however, it becomes expensive when I’m buying multiple products from businesses and paying shipping costs? Shipping becomes expensive which deters me from purchasing multiple items.	- Our subscription box provides a one stop shop because all products are provided by black owned businesses. - Consumers also receive multiple items and pay one price for shipping.
- Customer Service is not the best with a subscription based company, it feels like you select all your items from a computer and it doesn’t seem personal.	- Being part of our private Self Care Community ensures that you have exclusive access to the owners and suppliers. - We offer quarterly surveys allowing the consumers to have an input on the type of products they would like to continue to receive monthly.
- As a Black Women, I struggle with making time for myself.	- Our community will assist us in holding each member accountable, while implementing accountability checks to ensure we are making time for ourselves. - Our community and boxes will continue to provide tips on how you can start taking small steps on how to find time.
- There are so many products on the shelf in stores and online and I’m not sure what works for me?	- The main purpose of our subscription is we provide the convenience by sending all products to you based on your liking. - This also alleviates paying $30-$40 for a product in the store that you may not like. Having smaller items at a lower price allows the peace of mind to know your not throwing your money away.
- My skin and face are sensitive and I’m looking for something natural.	- Most of our products provided by our suppliers have no preservatives or chemicals, which keeps the products in their natural state. However all products will have a label stating if there is any allergic reaction or rash to please disregard use.
- Wanting to learn how to be better at taking time for myself and reflect on my selfcare.	- Our monthly subscriptions include journals that will allow women to reflect on their feeling and actions which is a component of healing.
